Like a lot of shows due to run in 2020, I thought I might not get a chance to see this due to covid. Well, I was lucky to book my ticket and I'm so glad I did. The Prince Of Egypt, another amazing show, with the music and lyrics by the great Stephen Schwartz, whos work includes Wicked and Godspell. This is a truly amazing show, with a fantastic score by Mr Schwartz and an incredible story that took my back to my childhood at Sunday school. All the cast were amazing and the setting of the stage, along with the effects, I like to say (simple and effective) I was blowing away by it all. It reminded me of watching Andrew Lloyd Webber's 'Joseph and the amazing technicolor Dreamcoat' as a young boy around the age 6 or 7 and going to the theatre for the first time, being hooked for life. This is an amazing, most see show. I understand it's playing until early 2022 and I highly recommend it before it's too late. I loved this.
